Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a talented and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating and delivering a groundbreaking new device for both customers and sales staff, elevating the sales experience. This role requires adaptability, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out the customer journey and develop strategies to meet goals

  • Organize and curate content from various sources to create a cohesive customer experience

  • Develop and maintain a style guide, content library, and performance metrics to inform content decisions

  • Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Work closely with IT and Product Management teams to drive speed to market, enhance the overall customer experience, and drive sales

Essential Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong preference for geo-experienced professionals

  • Profound experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales

  • Deep understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications

  • Exceptional analytical skills to transform complex customer experience data into actionable content strategies

  • Prior experience with customer service tools to impact both front-end and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Director is a plus

  • Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a strong ability to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Unwavering commitment to ethics, values, integrity, and trust

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services

  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
