- *The Role**
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the client experience and operations efforts for our InHome service. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the overall client experience, from initial request to delivery, ensuring seamless interactions and exceptional satisfaction.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Define and develop an item roadmap for the InHome client experience, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal partners to push the boundaries of innovation and create the best client experience possible
- Analyze progress of features through data and key metrics, effectively communicating wins and opportunities to leadership
- Establish item KPIs and adjust the product to meet KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
- Lead client research and translate customer needs into business impact and influence
- Act as a friendly, supportive resource and advocate for clients and their concerns
- Launch new features on time, with high quality, including testing and QA
- *What You'll Need**
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, design, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Specialization in product design for client experience; ideation to launch
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
