arenaflex is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented data engineer to join our Data Arrangements and Drives (DSI) team. DSI is a product methodology and engineering group that works closely with business development and sales finance.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, develop, and test large-scale data architectures to provide professional analytical and reporting capabilities across arenaflex's global and regional sales and finance groups.
  • Develop highly adaptable data pipelines to ingest data from various source systems, utilize Apache Airflow to orchestrate, schedule, and monitor workflows.
  • Build reusable solutions that can scale and leverage different technologies and frameworks to address our complex business needs.
  • Ensure data quality through establishing data quality management frameworks and anomaly detection capabilities.
  • Be expected to understand existing solutions, tailor them, and support them as needed.
  • *Key Capabilities**
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, data architecture, and data science
  • Strong expertise in designing and developing cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and large data platforms like Hadoop, Hive, and Dremio
  • Ability to design and develop custom ETL pipelines using SQL and scripting languages (Python/Shell/Golang) and workflow management tools like Apache Airflow
  • Ability to work with advanced SQL, execution tuning, and data modeling
  • Experience with modern data engineering concepts like data lakes, data lakehouses, and distributed computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud
  • Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment tools for databases and software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • BS or MS in Engineering/Software Engineering

At arenaflex, base salary is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range. This allows for the potential to advance as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary range for this position is between $170,700.00 and $256,500.00, and your base salary will be determined based on your skills, experience, capabilities, and location.
