As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have
- Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is well-maintained
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Processing prescriptions, including counting and pouring medications, and verifying patient information
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including their features and benefits
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
