  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console
  • Utilizing our Customer Contact Tool and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with our Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
