  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design and implement Cisco hardware solutions to meet business needs
  • Audit and process Network Trucks satisfaction demands to ensure timely resolution
  • Support and cycle Network Trucks project tasks to drive business growth
  • Attend scheduled training to stay up-to-date on existing and future state network conditions, including stockroom, warehouse, data center, local office, colocation, and cloud environments
  • Develop and implement ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Suggest or carry out enhancements for group cycles and strategies to improve business outcomes
  • Ensure occurrence documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and complete to facilitate knowledge sharing and decision-making
  • Provide guidance and direction to customers, teams, and other support individuals on day-to-day activities, project drives, sending exercises, and support issues
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative, and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Respond to clients by identifying issues, investigating replies, and directing clients through restorative advances
  • Provide essential technical support and ensure consistency with established rules and methods for monitoring performance
  • Fix issues in LAN foundation, testing, and designing software
  • Assess network performance to drive improvement and optimization
  • Plan upgrades and support without disrupting business workflow
  • Provide technical guidance and deliver network framework training to colleagues
  • Work with vendors to obtain required equipment for networks and frameworks
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve network exchanging and transmission framework issues while minimizing impact on customer service
  • Distinguish between primary and secondary network failures
  • Work the Network Support occurrence line, including opening, focusing on, investigating, following-up, advising, heightening, imparting, reporting, and pulling in extra assets depending on the situation for episode goal
  • Answer and contribute to Network Support hotline calls to support end-users and minimize business disruption
  • Answer Network Support email requests and demands
  • Work out Network Support proactive everyday assignment list
  • Delegate assigned tasks in Smartsheet
  • Lead and participate in weekly team meetings
  • Open and screen Cisco TAC cases on faulty Cisco hardware and track the entire process
  • Review and supervise corporate office data storerooms
  • *Requirements**
  • At least 1-year experience in a support-related field or 1-year organization experience with network training
  • Fundamental understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, Casing Transfer, AVPN, ISDN, Committed IP, and Steering conventions
  • Basic knowledge of network equipment and software, including switches, routers, and wireless controllers
  • Fundamental understanding of subnetting, VLANs, and network geography
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, phone behavior, and customer service skills
  • High-level skills in investigation and analysis with episodes and issues
  • Experience or understanding of ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive, mature, professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Process-oriented, understands the benefits of processes, and the need for consistency
  • Ability to explain or convey technical terms to non-technical audiences
  • Effectively search for, suggest, or carry out enhancements for group cycles and methods
  • Able to function well under pressure and within time constraints
  • Imaginative, inventive, and very responsive with a strong desire to keep moving
  • Cooperative person and work collaboratively with others, sharing ideas, teaming up, and eventually putting group objectives first
  • Demonstrated strong association skills to comply with tight time constraints
  • A solid understanding of Google Suite
  • Infrequent travel may be required
  • Willing to support off-hours fill-in as required, including weekends, holidays, and day-in and day-out on-standby liabilities on a rotational basis
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 1-year Costco distribution center/warehouse tasks insight
  • Great understanding of Costco business distribution center and warehouse hardware
  • Essential knowledge of Network checking tools to aid issue prevention and resolution
  • Reading up for or have CCNA certification
  • Networking degree
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Knowledge of pre-arranging languages (Python, Google Applications Content, etc.)
