We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and data warehouse. As a key member of our Information and Investigation team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT resources, and other teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality results. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and maintain our Business Intelligence platform and data warehouse using various data/BI tools and technologies
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Windstream to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Create ad-hoc reports to help business users explore data and provide insights, using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT resources, and other teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality results
• Communicate technical and business topics to various audiences, using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed
• Develop, maintain, and recommend improvements to applications in the areas of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices
• Participate in code reviews and design walkthroughs to ensure high-quality code and design
• Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in designing and building data pipelines using Python and Windstream
• Experience with designing and building DataMarts, Data Warehouses, and data set objects within social data sets (MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica)
• Strong skills in SQL and query writing
• Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with developing dashboards and reports for C-level leaders
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or related field
