As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
- Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
- Processing a variety of orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
- Utilizing customer contact tools, such as the Customer Contact Tool, to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels
- A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
