  • *Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare and Pharmacy Operations, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement patient intervention pharmacy programs, drive business growth, and improve patient outcomes. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and healthcare operations will be essential in delivering exceptional patient experiences and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, including data entry, customer service, and healthcare operations
  • Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes
  • Guarantee region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
  • Drive local pharmacy business growth by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
  • Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
  • Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions
  • Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment
  • Provide individualized patient/supplier discussion
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues
  • Provide input regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including feedback from patients as the value of individual consultations
  • Be accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses that relate directly to patient treatment
  • Provide clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary
  • Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management
  • Observe rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives
  • Comply with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
  • Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and deciding when escalating issues
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities)
