  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Client Relationship Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the single point of contact for clients and responsible for everyday correspondence with clients, conducting program surveys, assisting clients through agreement drug store reviews, delivering program productivity and streamlining open doors, and working with the fundamental groups to distinguish and determine issues on the side of our clients. This position is also liable for being the single point of contact for the different arenaflex internal groups from a client standpoint.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address the client's issues.
  • Serve as the informed authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities.
  • Claim the start-to-finish goal for any inquiries and issues while exhibiting impressive skill and providing the most elevated level of service consistently.
  • Use cross-functional help groups to request and interpret different data streams, and impart business results and patterns that connect with the client and their in general 340B program execution.
  • Request client input and determines process improvement arrangements and suggests framework upgrades.
  • Instructs client regarding any reporting changes and guides them through the changes. Examines client requirements to foster more successful reporting.
  • Offers fundamental help expected to the client for 340B reviews by providing a clarification of the data move through the different frameworks.
  • Participates in the client's review cycle and offers help nearby or from a distance.
  • Maintains records of client interactions, records details, complaints, remarks, and move made. Contacts clients to answer inquiries or to tell them of investigation results and arranged changes.
  • Creates and cultivates working relationships with different internal partners (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to work with useful trades of information.
  • Fosters an intensive understanding of the 340B program. Endeavors to work on the general productivity and attractiveness of the 340B program reliably.
  • Maintains information on the medical care and drug store services industry, continually, and utilizes that information to recognize ways and make proposals, to work on the 340b program.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree OR secondary school confirmation and two (2) long stretches of client or record relationship experience.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing answers for resolve issues.
  • Experience developing approaches to accomplishing objectives and meeting deadlines with minimal management, depending on oneself to finish goals and it is important to determine when heightening of issues.
  • Experience communicating both verbally (on telephone, one-on-one and to gatherings) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, introductions) to different crowds (work bunch, group, organization the board, and outside clients).
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and outer customers, including meeting quality principles for services, and assessment of customer fulfillment.
  • Experience developing and delivering introductions to internal and outer crowds.
  • Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Excel (for instance: opening an exercise manual, inserting a line, selecting text style and size, formatting cells as cash, using duplicate, glue and save capabilities, aligning message, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a segment, selecting an outline style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page direction, using spell check or potentially printing worksheets).
  • Essential expertise level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for instance: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing rundown level, adding, centering and editing message, changing perspectives, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing outline view or potentially running a slide show).
  • Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (for instance: opening a record, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting textual style type and size, changing margins and segment width, sorting, inserting shots, pictures and dates, using find and supplant, fix, spell check, track changes, survey sheet or potentially print capabilities).
  • Willing to make a trip up to 20% of the ideal opportunity for business purposes (within state and out of state).
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's Degree and somewhere around 2 years of client/customer service experience OR Secondary School Recognition and 2 years of client or record relationship experience.
  • Experience working in a client or record the board climate.
  • Experience in the medical care industry, including 340B, drug store, emergency clinic, clinic, PBM.
