- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Managing all new employee records, including terminations, salary increases, and direct deposits
- Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
- Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing manual checks as required
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry and financial processing
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Experience with Ultipro is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
