We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT scripts using SQL and other programming languages
Work with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker to create interactive dashboards and reports
Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT services such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Data Fusion
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data models and data governance policies
Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
Develop and maintain data quality and data integrity policies and procedures
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data systems are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements

*Essential Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related field
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with ETL/ELT services such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Data Fusion
Strong understanding of data governance policies and procedures
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

*Preferred Qualifications**

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification
