  • *Job Summary**

As an Investigator - Network Policy and Risk Management, you will be responsible for creating and improving examination and reporting systems, as well as data capabilities for the GMNS business. You will work closely with the GMNS business and partners to execute upgraded and automated Management Information System (MIS) reporting and analysis. You will also identify process improvements and implement avoidance procedures to mitigate functional risk in close collaboration with the wider Functional Excellence group and GMNS teams.

  • Collaborate with the GMNS business and partners to execute upgraded and automated MIS reporting and analysis
  • Identify process improvements and implement avoidance procedures to mitigate functional risk in close collaboration with the wider Functional Excellence group and GMNS teams
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify patterns, trends, proactive factors, and perspectives in functional risk
  • Influence unstructured data sources to identify potential process breakdowns and opportunities for improvement
  • Create repeating, predictable management Control and Compliance reporting and insights
  • Elevate main driver investigation structure and create improved analysis and insights
  • Continuously track control and compliance metrics to improve ratings and inform risk-based independent direction
  • Provide support for designated projects aimed at improving the control climate, relieving, and remediating risk
  • Proactively analyze data to respond to key questions from partners
  • Develop reports and presentations, including gathering data, extrapolating key components, and presenting findings in a meaningful format
  • Experience in data arrangement and creating smart material for presentation
  • Understanding of the merchant business, related regulatory environment, and emerging trends/models is preferred
  • Knowledge of functional risk concepts and projects, balanced with the ability to drive assessment of risks against effective controls and tests
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, multiple requests, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Issue solver and agile leader with strong analytical skills
  • Technical Skills and Experience: Proficiency in MS-Excel, Tableau, HIVE, SQL, and/or SAS, Python, Foundation
