  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will work collaboratively with our IT information designing and investigation groups to execute and maintain data foundation conditions that empower report automation for our healthcare quality improvement program. You will design, develop, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support business intelligence and data analysis projects.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Directs the delivery of arenaflex healthcare data and insights drives and projects
  • Upholds long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex reporting and analysis expectations
  • Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support business intelligence and data analysis projects
  • Makes data organizing and pre-handling principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence knowledge and pre-defined reporting arrangements
  • Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from different internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents
  • Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, physically maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents)
  • Creating internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • Evident, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
  • Experience designing and deploying intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
  • Experience providing thought leadership and presenting instrument-agnostic semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
  • At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
  • Able to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

  • Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
