• *Work Synopsis**

Our Data Analysis team is a critical part of arenaflex's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business, which is revolutionizing the way we deliver entertainment to our customers. As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us understand our customers' behavior and preferences, and develop data-driven strategies to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams to provide insights and recommendations that inform our business decisions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
• Developing and maintaining a continuous pipeline of data insights, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions
• Performing in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers from multiple perspectives
• Defining and investigating audience segments to drive pack growth
• Working with other analysis teams to understand and integrate pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive and meaningful story
• Developing and maintaining complex data models, including data visualization and reporting tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies

• *Essential Capabilities**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Experience working with large datasets, deciphering data patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling way

• *Preferred Capabilities**

While not required, experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services would be a plus. Additionally, experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry would be beneficial.
