We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team, working remotely to provide top-notch support to our clients in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, grasping key client technical complaints, and developing procedures to resolve technical blockers. You'll also work closely with clients to showcase and model Google Cloud item combinations in client/accomplice conditions, suggesting mix methodologies and endeavor models to carry out a total arrangement using best practices on Google Cloud.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical complaints, and develop procedures to resolve technical blockers.
  • Provide AI expertise to help the technical relationship with Google's clients, including item and arrangement briefings, evidence of-idea work, and collaborate with item management to focus on arrangements influencing client reception to research Cloud.
  • Work with clients to show and model Google Cloud item combinations in client/accomplice conditions.
  • Suggest mix methodologies, endeavor models, stages, and application foundation to carry out a total arrangement using best practices on Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and devise improvements to enhance Cloud items.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and other related events on a case-by-case basis.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, designing, or a comparable field.
  • Experience with large data (e.g., Hadoop/Flash), AI (e.g., Tensor Flow), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory guidelines related to healthcare information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Graduate degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in a client-facing cloud computing role.
  • Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations.
  • Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks, etc.).
  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, distributed systems.
