- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales in a high-volume call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
