  • *Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Clinical Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, guaranteeing consistency of clinical pharmacy services, and driving pharmacy financial performance. You will work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work 8 hours a day, with occasional non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, drug treatment management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects.
  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, including but not limited to, patient intervention programs, clinical pharmacy services, and pharmacy operations.
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and implementing changes.
  • Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to meet the organization's financial objectives.
  • Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
  • Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services, including but not limited to, patient conferences, prescription administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and specialty programs.
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives.
  • Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities.
  • Advances cooperation and spurs pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (including opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check, or printing worksheets).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (including inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view, or running a slide show).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (including opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities).
