Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Enterprise Risk Management Data Analyst to join our growing remote team. What You'll Do

As an integral member of our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will:

• Identify and analyze information to support a wide variety of enterprise risk management (ERM) and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness areas across our US and global businesses.


• Collect and process data from disparate information systems throughout our organization, designing intuitive dashboards that help stakeholders scope risks and evaluate the maturity of associated controls.


• Build custom reports as needed to address specific business needs and regulatory requirements.


• Apply expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing enterprise risks.


• Draw meaningful insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.


• Provide strategic input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis.


• Solicit feedback and support continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes.


• Collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.


• Develop visualization standards that help stakeholders quickly understand complex risk landscapes.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications:

• Deep SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, or Dataiku.
• Experience in legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment domains, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong ability to create impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story" that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Programming skills using R or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
