What You'll Do

- Customer Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor and create welcoming experiences that leave lasting positive impressions. You'll be the first point of contact for travelers seeking TSA PreCheck enrollment and customers needing assistance with identity verification services.
- Product Presentation & Sales: Engage customers by presenting our range of enrollment products and services, understanding their unique needs, and recommending solutions that best fit their requirements. Your consultative selling approach will drive successful enrollments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identity Verification: Expertly verify customer identities by reviewing and validating required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulations. You'll scan necessary documents into our secure database system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Biometric Data Capture: Perform fingerprint imaging and capture biometric data using specialized equipment. This includes completing customer fingerprint images, managing biometric processes, and maintaining precise data capture procedures that meet government standards.
- Photography Services: Take professional passport photos that meet all required specifications, providing customers with a convenient one-stop service for their travel documentation needs.
- Documentation & Paperwork: Complete all necessary enrollment paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation for various federal and state programs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on fingerprinting equipment, photography stations, and other retail technology to ensure smooth operations.
- Operational Flexibility: Support other areas of the store as needed during your onboarding period and beyond, contributing to overall team success and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
We seeking candidates who bring a combination of customer service passion, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you'll need:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be a U.S. citizen (due to federal program requirements)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable operating office equipment including keyboards, photocopiers, scanners, and specialized enrollment devices
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries
- Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally
- Basic troubleshooting abilities for technology and equipment issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in government services, enrollment, or compliance-related roles
- Familiarity with biometric data collection or fingerprinting processes
- Experience with passport photo services or photography
- Background in high-volume retail or customer-facing service environments
- Comfortable working with sensitive personal information and maintaining confidentiality
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus in many locations)
