As a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
### Dispatching
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and availability, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal response times.
- Monitor field staff locations and job statuses in real-time to optimize route efficiency and response times, making adjustments as needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
- Communicate job details, instructions, and updates to field personnel in real-time, ensuring seamless execution of service calls.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changing customer needs and priorities.
### Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service requests, inquiries, or issues, providing accurate information about services, scheduling, and follow-up procedures.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and deescalate as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or dispatch software systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
### Administrative Support
- Input and update job tickets, customer data, and service records in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
- Generate and send confirmations, invoices, or service reports as needed, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, billing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
### Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative support (industry experience a plus)
