We're excited to offer a part-time, remote opportunity for a Data Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Data Products business unit, you'll play a vital role in handling and documenting inbound customer requests for our service book. This is a permanent contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday).
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data administration: Logging and conveying data recorded and transmitted by customers into systems
- Data acquisition: Assisting workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement
- Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems
- Customer support: Supporting customers by responding to inquiries via email

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- First experience in contact with customers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC
- Fluency in German and English language skills (B1 or higher level)
