• Collaborate with the HR Consistency group to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TSA, airport security, and U.S. Customs
• Process and analyze data from various sources, including FBI fingerprints, to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Conduct high-level analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements

• *Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including TSA, airport security, and U.S. Customs
• Experience with fingerprinting and background check processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
