Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for world-class customer service. Work Schedule & Location

This position is based on-site at our Texas branch, conveniently located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. During your training period, your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Once training is complete, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling with various shifts available, all Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your contributions will directly impact our customers' success. Here's what you can expect:

Order Processing & Management



  • Process customer orders with precision and attention to detail in our collaborative call center environment

  • Utilize world-class technology systems to manage order workflows efficiently

  • Navigate complex order details to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions

Multi-Channel Communication



  • Expertly communicate with customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Document all communications accurately in our customer relationship management system

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their needs

Website & Technical Support



  • Guide customers through arenaflex's website and intuitive online ordering platform

  • Troubleshoot technical issues customers may encounter during their shopping experience

  • Provide step-by-step guidance for navigating product catalogs and making purchases

  • Collect customer feedback to identify website improvements and user experience enhancements

Product & Solutions Expertise



  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our extensive product catalog

  • Confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions

  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and requirements

  • Stay current on new products, promotions, and company updates

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus – we provide comprehensive training!

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software

  • Experience in shipping, industrial, or packaging materials industry

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
