  • *About the Role**

As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for listening carefully to customer calls, evaluating each situation, and providing appropriate solutions to see each call to resolution. You'll work with a variety of customers, including those with emergency situations, and must be able to handle stressful situations with empathy and calmness.

  • **Flexible Schedule**: Create your own schedule and work when it's convenient for you.
  • **24x7 Availability**: Our client hours are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can choose the hours that suit you best.
  • **Day, Night, and Weekend Hours**: With flexible scheduling, you can choose to work during the day, at night, or on weekends.
  • *Compensation**
  • **Contract Rate**: Earn $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour.
  • **Bilingual Rate**: Earn up to $0.31 per minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee.
  • **Hourly Equivalent**: Contractors can expect to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour, with bilingual contractors earning up to $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.
  • *Required Skills**
  • **Caring and Sympathetic Demeanor**: Provide exceptional customer service with a caring and empathetic approach.
  • **Strong Customer Service Skills**: Active listening, multi-tasking, and decisive action are essential for success in this role.
  • **Ability to Handle Emergency Situations**: React and respond decisively in emergency situations, reassuring and controlling emotional and difficult calls.
  • **Prior Experience**: While not required, prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus.
  • *Tech Requirements**
  • **Quiet, Uninterrupted Environment**: Ensure a quiet and uninterrupted environment during all working hours.
  • **Broadband Internet Connection**: Use a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
  • **Wired Internet Connection**: Use a wired internet connection for technical setups, education classes, and work.
  • **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: Use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • **Valid Antivirus Software**: Install, run, and keep up-to-date valid antivirus software.
  • **Wired USB Headset**: Use a wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets not accepted).
  • **Smartphone, Android Tablet, or iPad**: Have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
  • *Important Information**
  • **Contractual Relationship**: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
  • **Tax Withholding**: arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
  • **Independent Contractor Benefits**: You will not be eligible for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
