As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive information on our products and services to clients, helping them make informed decisions
  • Reviewing client needs and making referrals based on specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Taking ownership of client interactions, proactively addressing issues, and adapting communication styles to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build customer confidence and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on product/service improvements, system updates, and changes to policies, maximizing productivity and performance
  • Understanding travel documentation requirements, utilizing resources to ensure efficient and timely processing
  • Promoting best practices and quality assurance, observing plans and procedures, and maintaining high standards of work to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our proprietary database, utilizing device functionality to optimize efficiency

  • Fluent in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills: clear written and spoken communication, demonstrated understanding of communication methods and styles, articulate precisely and briefly in a professional and hospitable manner without slang or complex language
  • Highly desirable: fluency in a second language

  • This job would be 100% remote/work from home

  • Sharp-sightedness: ability to read computer monitor for extended periods, around 8 hours
  • Sitting for prolonged periods
  • Manual dexterity for operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse
