As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems
  • Working with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Working with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems
  • Processing purchase orders and order restocking of inventory
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order processing
  • Maintaining relationships, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answering pricing and product inquiries
  • Executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)

  • Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives
  • The ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (e.g., consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct)
