- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
- Collaborating with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary
