  • *Your Role and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the Customer Success department follows best practices and maintains high standards
  • Coordinating inbound sales leads with our Head of Sales, including attending demos, negotiating contracts, and pricing for enterprise users
  • Meeting with enterprise users to explain new features and provide training
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues with users who have exceeded their plan limits
  • Updating internal documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Running L10 Meetings for the Customer Success team to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Maintaining and owning our HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless data management
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or technical product environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Autonomy and self-motivation, as you'll be working independently with minimal supervision
  • Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
  • An empathetic approach to helping users succeed and overcome challenges
  • Experience working with user CRMs, preferably HubSpot

While not essential, the following skills will be beneficial:

  • Experience with Intercom, ClickUp, and Jira
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts
