As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications with efficiency and timeliness
- Routing calls to the appropriate person or department as necessary
- Escalating any customer, client, or insured concerns to leadership as needed
- Following company guidelines and procedures for communications
- Inputting data into claim intake forms
- Placing outbound phone calls directly to insureds as assigned
- Providing support for a variety of administrative tasks
- Communicating with arenaflex adjusters to determine availability and suitability for certain claims

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

- Proficient computer and typing skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
