  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure the station's on-time performance, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or requests
  • Managing daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant service-oriented environment
  • Meeting or exceeding performance objectives through effective decision-making, allocating and monitoring staff for training compliance
  • Coordinating effectively with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance
  • Reporting notices to leaders and employees regularly
  • Driving performance processes by gauging functional circumstances that may impact the operation, checking and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results
  • Working with staff to build offers that are in line with the division's hourly objectives
  • Performing managerial duties daily, such as scheduling shifts, closing shifts, daily work tasks, daily finance, and attendance reports, checking staffing in all areas and confirming that overtime is used appropriately
  • Ensuring proper organization of work schedules or agreements, emphasizing minimal work questions
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of standards and processes for providing customer and individual services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements and their applications
  • Knowledge of business and management standards associated with key training, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership strategy, production techniques, and coordination of individuals and resources
  • Knowledge of managerial and administrative strategies and systems, such as word processing, managing documents and records, transcription, and record, planning forms, and other office techniques and terminology
  • Ability to use reasoning and thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to move back and forth between at least two tasks or sources of information (such as speech, sounds, contact, or other sources)
  • Ability to apply general principles to specific problems to create solutions that seem reasonable
  • Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns as soon as possible
  • Ability to ensure all equipment is maintained and available for the job
