As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly and efficiently addressing customer queries via phone and email, addressing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintaining organized customer files and accounts, and prior experience updating and managing a CRM database is a plus.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales organization to provide technical and administrative product information and documentation to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  • Supporting the field sales organization in providing product information and documentation to customers.
  • Coordinating with Logistics and Manufacturing departments to meet expected product lead times and handling service requests from customers.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.

arenaflex offers a competitive base salary range of $48,000 - $67,000, which is based on external market data and reflects the skills, experience, and competitive market value of the role. In addition to a base salary, our total compensation package includes:
