You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Take inbound calls, answer questions, and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
