  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Payments and Digital Strategy team, you will be responsible for:

  • **Daily Transaction Processing**: Complete data access and balancing tasks, coordinate return items with vendors, and process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits.
  • **Member Support**: Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations, Federal Banking laws, and other relevant guidelines.
  • **Communication**: Collaborate with vendors to process budget transfers, research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information, and communicate with members regarding their accounts.
  • **Security and Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of all accounts and associated information, adhering to the Bank Secrecy Act and other relevant regulations.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on math and communication skills.
  • **Intermediate Excel and Word Experience**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a related field is preferred.
  • **Skills and Licenses**: Ability to work prolonged hours, exercise excellent customer service skills, and maintain attention to detail.
  • **Certifications**: Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams.
