- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
- Provide solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for our members
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Work from home with a flexible schedule, including full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
