Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our pharmacy support team. This is a remote position that requires you to be a resident of Kentucky, specifically residing within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky in accordance with our regulatory and operational requirements.

What You Will Do

In this dynamic role, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who reach out for assistance with a wide variety of topics. Your primary channels of communication will include inbound phone calls, email correspondence, and other communication platforms. This position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with pet parents while solving complex challenges and providing exceptional service.


  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for prescription inquiries, medication refills, order status updates, billing questions, and general pet health consultations.

  • Respond to customer inquiries primarily through inbound telephone calls while also utilizing chat, email, and other digital communication channels as needed.

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for each customer's unique situation, following up as necessary to ensure complete resolution.

  • Navigate complex customer issues with critical thinking skills, synthesizing information from multiple sources to develop effective solutions.

  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers—we are not looking for order-takers or script-readers. We want team members who can genuinely engage with customers, think critically, and provide personalized solutions while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions in our customer relationship management system to ensure seamless continuity of care.

  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check required to obtain a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (KY Rx Tech) license.

  • Residency requirement: Must be a resident of Kentucky residing within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and must perform all work within the state of Kentucky.
