- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and baggage handling
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write incident and complaint reports as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the role
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
- Familiarity with hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Arrangement
- Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to convey information and directions verbally or via radio equipment
