We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
- Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise

- Must reside in the United States
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Must be proactive and able to prioritize work
- Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills
