We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Handle Incoming Issues**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
- **Act as a Liaison**: Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues related to service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, and more.
- **Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks**: Ensure completion of outstanding tasks and provide updates to customers as needed.
- **Anticipate and Mitigate Issues**: Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
- **Assist Hospitals**: Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- **Respond to Customer Questions**: Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.
- *Requirements:**
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
- **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Have previous customer service experience and be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift.
- **Microsoft Office and Salesforce**: Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable training in Salesforce.
- **Basic Skills**: Possess basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and be able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
- **High School Diploma or GED**: Have a High School Diploma or GED.
