As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- **Connecting with Customers**: Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
- **Upselling**: Upsell if required.

- **Ability to Work Remotely**: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.

- **Education**: High School Graduate or GED.
- **Computer Skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.

To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you will need:
