As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
  • Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
  • Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
  • Setting sales appointments for new customers
  • Answering billing questions
  • Completing general clerical duties as assigned
  • Working as a team with Service and Sales
  • Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
  • Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
  • Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
  • The ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy and help other team members
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
