As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dispatching proper authorities as needed to ensure prompt response to emergency situations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • *Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
  • Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ
