- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner
- Dispatching proper authorities as needed to ensure prompt response to emergency situations
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
- Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ
