If so, arenaflex invites you to join our dedicated team as a Data Entry Specialist and play a vital role in supporting exceptional care for our community's most vulnerable members.

At arenaflex, we believe that quality healthcare begins with quality data. Every resident who trusts us with their care deserves meticulous record-keeping, seamless coordination, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their information is secure, accurate, and always accessible. As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you won't just be entering data into a system—you'll be helping to build the foundation of compassionate, person-centered care that defines our organization.

The healthcare and senior living industry is evolving rapidly, and accurate data management has become more critical than ever. Regulatory requirements, interdepartmental coordination, and resident safety all depend on the integrity of the information we maintain. At arenaflex, we recognize that our Data Entry Specialists are not merely administrative team members—they are essential contributors to a larger mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact the quality of care our residents receive. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that every piece of information is properly captured, maintained, and protected. Here's what you can expect in this role:

  • Accurate Data Input & Management: Systematically enter and update resident information, medical records, personal details, care plans, and other essential documentation into our electronic databases and health information systems. You will ensure that every entry is complete, accurate, and properly formatted according to established protocols.
  • Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform regular data verification and quality control checks to identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of data integrity across all systems.
  • Confidentiality & Security Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. You will handle sensitive resident information with the utmost discretion, ensuring that privacy is never compromised.
  • Document Organization & Management: Assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining physical documents and records as needed. This includes ensuring that both digital and physical files are properly categorized, accessible, and stored securely.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments—including nursing staff, administration, and management—to coordinate data entry tasks, share information, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested, utilizing data from electronic systems to support operational needs, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Team Support & Communication: Provide friendly and efficient support to team members and supervisors, including answering inquiries, providing information related to data entry processes, and assisting with special projects as needed.
