  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with team members to support assigned customers and ensure seamless resolution of operational issues
  • Coordinating with various departments to resolve complex customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing backup support across all functions within the customer team to ensure continuity and minimize downtime
  • Sharing best practices and learning opportunities with peers across all Customer Experience teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Receiving customer calls and emails using a pleasant and helpful strategy, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Entering orders into the ERP system timely and accurately, ensuring all customer needs are met and resolved
  • Identifying customer problems and resolving them in a timely manner, either directly or through other departments, while maintaining open communication with the customer throughout the process
  • Managing and executing other methods of communication and requests for delivery, such as inventory managed orders, third-party portals, customer websites, and carrier-managed services, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service
  • Ensuring all loads entered are successfully dispatched and confirming receipt and acceptance of every load by the carrier
  • In the event of a carrier decline or inability to meet delivery requirements, obtaining secondary options to ensure delivery meets the customer's expectations and escalating to other departments as needed for support
  • Completing load and delivery confirmations daily, with no exceptions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic Excel proficiency
