Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming telephone calls from REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
- Making determinations regarding appliances and evaluating claims in accordance with company terms and conditions
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
- Utilizing company systems and software to process customer requests and resolve issues efficiently

- Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills

Training Program Details

Training Details:
- Training Duration: 8 weeks of intensive, hands-on training
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Training Format: Live trainer with small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and support
- Compensation: You will receive full pay during the training period
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition to your regular schedule, which includes mid-shift hours. The mid-shift typically runs from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with varying shifts and flexibility required. Candidates must maintain open availability to accommodate our operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen (required)
- Strong telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
