- *Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
- Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
- *Qualifications**
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills

To work from home, you will need:
