*Job Schedule and Flexibility**

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home most days. Our remote work arrangement includes:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)

*Job Role and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include:

Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed
Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
Being a good teammate to coworkers
Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers

*Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in a call center environment
The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
Excellent communication skills and a passion for making customers happy
The ability to work independently as well as within a team
Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
Attention to detail and proactive thinking skills

To ensure your success in a remote work environment, we'll provide:

A laptop and cell phone
High-speed internet (candidates must provide their own)
A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

*Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience (negotiable). Additionally, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
