As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and colleagues alike. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and responding to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients
Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing
Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Past customer service experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry
Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems
Familiarity with digital dispatch systems, such as Acowin, is a plus, but not required
