- *Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system
- Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolving all data entry-related issues with special cases
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
- Resolving Out-of-Network Exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements
- Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain authorization, or otherwise resolve Out-of-Network Exceptions
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
- Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days, and maintaining an active professional license or certification
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
- Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years of age or older
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
