**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems and Inventory Management**

  • *Job Summary:**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework and serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems and inventory management processes.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management and support
  • Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
  • Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
  • Serve as the liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
  • Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
  • Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
  • Carry out all future upgrades of software
  • Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
  • Regulate nonexempt staff
  • Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
  • Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
  • Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
  • Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT or computer science preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Project management experience (an asset)
  • Lone rangers degree in IT (an asset)
  • Strong relational and analytical abilities
  • Experience with data management and inventory control systems
